Lisa M. Frazee, J.D.

Ms. Frazee has been with the firm since 1988 and focuses on estate planning and community association law. Lisa’s philosophy is that it is preferable to reach a mutually agreeable solution to homeowners disputes between owners and the association. In addition, she has had much success over the past 30+ years in collecting delinquent assessments for our community association clients in ways that are the most cost effective for both the association and the homeowners.

Lisa is a fourth generation native of the Carlsbad-Oceanside area, and a graduate of UCSD and the University of San Diego School of Law. She currently serves on the board of directors of Hospice of the North Coast, and volunteers with the children’s and women’s ministries at her church. Jay is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Northern San Diego County and Lawyer Referral Service, as well as a past chair of the Real Property Section.

Jay is a graduate of University of California, San Diego where he majored in philosophy with a minor in mathematics.
